Vouchers for Startups - New Green and Digital Products

The project, promoted by Top Bike Tours Portugal Unipessoal, Lda, aims to transform current customer interaction and relationship procedures throughout the entire customer journey by using new digital technologies, enabling more capable, integrated, and centralized management. Additionally, based on digital marketing tools, it will promote the company and its products in various markets, attracting and retaining new audiences. Besides contributing to digital transformation, particularly in terms of internal organization, new processes, and commercial strategy, positive scalability effects are also anticipated for a business model characterized by a strong green and health/well-being component.

OBJECTIVES

• Development of a business model focused on offering cultural and scenic touring experiences through soft mobility, reducing environmental impact and fostering respect for heritage and engagement with local communities, in order to meet the growing demand for sustainable and immersive tourism experiences.
• Addressing the company’s gaps in marketing, particularly in the digital area, by promoting the dematerialization, automation, and integration of processes, with the aim of optimizing the online purchasing experience and attracting new audiences, thus boosting the growth of a business with a strong green component.

INVESTMENT

The financial support to be granted, as defined in the terms of the approval decision of the respective grant, is in the form of a non-refundable incentive amounting to €30,000 (thirty thousand euros), which corresponds to the application of a 100% rate on the amount of eligible expenses, as established in the AAC.
